Publication Proces
- Author Registration
Authors create an account in the journal system (OJS) and complete their profile.
- Manuscript Submission
Authors submit the manuscript through the online submission system in accordance with the author guidelines.
- Initial Editorial Screening (Desk Evaluation)
The Editor/Editorial Team conducts an initial evaluation to assess:
- Scope and relevance to the journal
- Manuscript format and structure
- Basic academic quality
Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards will be rejected or returned for revision (desk reject).
- Similarity Check (Plagiarism Screening)
The manuscript is checked using plagiarism detection software.
- Maximum similarity threshold: ≤ 20%
- Manuscripts exceeding the threshold are returned to authors for revision or rejected.
- Assignment to Section Editor
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to a Section Editor who manages the review process.
- Double-Blind Peer Review Process
The manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers using a double-blind system.
Reviewers evaluate:
- Originality
- Methodological rigor
- Theoretical contribution
- Clarity and relevance
- Review Decision
Based on reviewers’ comments, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
Authors are required to revise the manuscript (if applicable) and resubmit within the given timeframe.
- Final Decision (Acceptance/Rejection)
After revisions are completed, the Editor makes the final decision:
- Accepted for publication
- Rejected
- Article Processing Charge (APC) Notification (if applicable)
If the journal applies APC, an invoice is issued after acceptance.
- Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
An official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued after the manuscript is accepted.
- Copyediting and Layout Editing
The manuscript undergoes:
- Language editing
- Reference formatting
- Layout/typesetting
- Proofreading
Authors review the final proof to ensure accuracy before publication.
- Publication
The final article is published in the journal issue and made available online (Open Access if applicable).
